5.1 Service Providers

• AssemblyAI: For batch speech transcription when the feature is enabled
• Brainiall: For trial pronunciation assessment of supported scripted speaking tasks when the feature is enabled
• Microsoft Azure: Retained as a disabled pronunciation rollback adapter; it receives no data unless a future provider change is approved and enabled
• Google Gemini Free Tier (trial): With your explicit AI-scoring consent, writing text or a speech transcript may be sent for scoring. Google may use prompts and responses to improve its products. Raw audio is never sent to Gemini.
• Infrastructure providers: For application hosting, PostgreSQL, and object storage
• payOS: For VND payment processing; we do not store full payment-card details
• Better Auth: For authentication services
• Google Gmail or a configured transactional email provider: For account verification, password recovery, and other essential service emails

5.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

5.3 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
